07 — Virtual Renovation

Show them what it could be.

Dated does not mean unsellable — it means unimagined. We rebuild the room digitally, from a modern update to a classic makeover, so buyers see the potential.

Overview

Sell the potential, not the wallpaper.

A dated kitchen does not lose the sale on its own. What loses the sale is a buyer standing in it with no idea what it would cost or look like to change. We rebuild the room digitally on top of your real photograph, keeping the windows, the footprint and the light exactly where they are, and swapping only what a renovation would actually swap. The result gives a buyer permission to imagine, and gives you a way to sell a fixer without pretending it is finished.

Good To Know

Questions agents actually ask

Is this the same as virtual staging?

No. Staging adds furniture to a room that is otherwise fine. Renovation changes the room itself, the cabinets, floors, tile and fixtures, which is a much deeper rebuild of the image.

Do I have to disclose it?

Always, and prominently. A renovation render must never be presented as the current condition. We supply the untouched original with every renovated frame so the pair can be shown together.

Can you match a real contractor quote?

Yes. If you have a scope or a quote in hand, send it and we will render what that money actually buys, which makes the conversation with a buyer far more concrete.

How far can you take it?

From a cosmetic refresh through to a full gut of the space. Moving walls is possible where the photo supports it, though at that point a floor plan render often works better.

How long does it take?

Two to three business days, a little longer than staging because the geometry has to be rebuilt rather than furnished.

The Reveal

Scroll.
Watch it change.

Half of what we do is transformation. An empty room becomes a home. A dated kitchen becomes the reason someone offers over asking. Drag or scroll — these are the same frame, before and after.

01 — Virtual Staging

An empty room doesn’t sell.

Buyers cannot picture furniture that isn’t there. We fill the frame with photorealistic staging that matches the light, the floor and the scale of the actual room — no rented sofa, no storage unit, no six-week wait.
