01 — Photography

HDR photography that sells the room.

Bracketed, levelled and hand-corrected interiors and exteriors. Roughly 35 finished stills per property, sized for MLS and for web.

Overview

The frames that carry the listing.

Every room is shot on a tripod, levelled, and bracketed across multiple exposures so the windows keep their view and the corners keep their detail. Then every frame is corrected by hand — verticals straightened, colour balanced, clutter checked — before it reaches you. No wide-angle distortion, no orange walls, no blown-out windows.

Good To Know

Questions agents actually ask

How many photos will I get?

Around 35 finished frames for a typical single-family home. Larger properties get more — we shoot what the listing needs rather than counting to a quota.

Do I need to be there?

No. If there is a lockbox or gate code we can shoot it unattended and send the gallery when it is ready.

What if the weather is bad?

We shoot anyway and replace overcast skies in post at no extra cost. If it is genuinely unsafe for exteriors we reshoot the outside on the next clear day.

How should the house be prepared?

Lights on, blinds open, cars off the driveway, counters clear and bins out of frame. We send a short prep checklist when you book.

Can I use these on Zillow and social?

Yes. You get a full marketing licence for the property — MLS, portals, print, and social.
