03 — Aerial & Drone

The whole property, from the air.

Licensed pilots, fully insured. Lot lines, roof condition, the yard and the neighbourhood — the context a ground-level shot simply cannot give a buyer.

Overview

Context a ground shot can’t give.

From the air a buyer finally understands the property — how big the lot actually is, what backs onto it, how far the water or the park or the highway really is. Our pilots are FAA Part 107 licensed and insured, and we fly the frames that answer a buyer’s silent questions before they have to ask them.

Good To Know

Questions agents actually ask

Are you licensed to fly?

Yes — FAA Part 107 certified and fully insured. We also check airspace before every flight and file authorisation where it is required.

What if the property is near an airport?

Much of North Jersey sits in controlled airspace. We request LAANC authorisation ahead of the shoot; it usually clears in minutes, occasionally the next day.

Can you fly in wind or rain?

Light wind is fine. Heavy wind or rain is not safe for the aircraft, so we reschedule the aerial portion and shoot the rest as planned.

Is drone worth it on a small lot?

Often yes — not for the lot but for the location. Proximity to a park, a train line or the water is exactly what a buyer wants to see.

Do I get video as well as photos?

Both. Aerial stills plus air-to-ground reveal clips you can cut into the listing film.
