06 — Virtual Staging

An empty room doesn’t sell.

Photorealistic furniture matched to the room’s real light, floor and scale. No truck, no rental agreement, no six-week hold on the property.

Overview

Furniture, without the truck.

Buyers cannot picture furniture that is not there. An empty living room reads as small and cold on a screen no matter how good the photograph is. We drop in photorealistic furniture matched to the room’s real light direction, floor tone and scale, so the proportions stay honest and the space finally reads as a home. No rental agreement, no delivery window, no six weeks of holding costs.

Good To Know

Questions agents actually ask

Do I have to disclose that it is staged?

Yes, and we make that easy. Most MLS rules require a virtually staged image to be labelled, so we return both the staged frame and the untouched original for you to use alongside it.

How much does it cost compared with physical staging?

A fraction of it. Physical staging runs into thousands per month on a vacant property; virtual staging is a one-off per-room fee with nothing to return.

Can you stage from photos I already have?

Usually yes, provided they are high resolution, level and well lit. Send them over and we will tell you honestly whether they will hold up.

What styles can I choose from?

Modern, transitional and classic are the common three, and we will match a specific look if you send a reference. You pick before we start, so the first draft is already close.

Can you remove existing furniture too?

Yes. Decluttering and item removal is the same workflow and often gets paired with staging on tenant-occupied listings.

The Reveal

Scroll.
Watch it change.

Half of what we do is transformation. An empty room becomes a home. A dated kitchen becomes the reason someone offers over asking. Drag or scroll — these are the same frame, before and after.

01 — Virtual Staging

An empty room doesn’t sell.

Buyers cannot picture furniture that isn’t there. We fill the frame with photorealistic staging that matches the light, the floor and the scale of the actual room — no rented sofa, no storage unit, no six-week wait.

02 — Virtual Renovation

Show them what it could be.

Dated does not mean unsellable — it means unimagined. We rebuild the room digitally, from a modern update to a classic makeover, so buyers see the potential instead of the wallpaper. Drag the handle.
